sorry to say that you are not eligible for UPSC and MPSC exams.
the minimum educational qualification for UPSC and MPSC is
you must complete or appearing in final year of graduation from recognized college or university.

You are not eligible to apply for mpsc and upsc exams having diploma because the required qualification for the exams is your graduation

IT diploma is not considered Intermediate equivalent.

So you should complete Intermediate for UPSC and MPSC exam.

If you complete your graduation degree then you can apply for the most of the exam of UPSC and MPSC.

So I will suggest you to complete your study, and then apply for the UPSC or MPSC exam.

i am so sorry to say that diploma holders are not eligible for upsc exams .for upsc exams only graduate in any stream form a recognized institute under ugc are eligible within the age 21-30 years .

this condition is same for MPSC and UPSC both.
