you can apply for SCRA and NDA.
but i recommend you to complete your graduation then apply for UPSC exams.
after graduation you can apply for IAS, IPS, IES, CDS, IFS etc.

If you have completed Diploma after the 10th examination, then sorry, you can't appear any of the examination of UPSC. For SCRA and NDA, the qualification is 10+2 Science. So if you'll complete the B.Tech, then you can appear for the examination of UPSC like CSAT, CDS, CPF(AC). Best of Luck

Sorry to say there is no entrance exam after complete the diploma. if you complete the diploma after +2 with science subject then you are eligible for the nda exam and

scra exam. if you complete the diploma after the 10th then sorry you are not eligible for the exam. because both of the exam is based on the secondary class

the age limit for both exam is

For nda exam:-

Age limit for the 16 to 19.5 years only unmarried candidate eligible for the exam.

No relaxation for the reserve category

Secondary class with non-medical subject (math.chemistry, physics)

Two times held this exam in a year.

For SCRA special class railway apprentice:-

Secondary class passed in any stream from the recognized board.

Age limit for the 17 to 21 years.

No relaxation for the reserve category

You're eligible only for the two exams conducted by the UPSC, namely

1) National Defense Academy

2) Special Class Railway Apprentices

As diploma is considered as 10+3 level which is equivalent to Intermediate, you're not allowed to write the exams of degree level like Civil Service Exam etc

upsc exams are for the candidates who completed graduation or engineering from a recognized university,
diploma holders are not eligible for the upsc exams,

There is no upsc exam for diploma holders.

To be eligible for upsc exams one must have passed 10+2 standard or equivalent.
However this is a minimum qualification to attend upsc exam. With this qualification one can attend only two exams conducted by UPSC every year.

They are National Defence Academy & Naval Academy Examination and Special Class Railway Apprentices Examination .

And a degree holder are eligible for all exams of UPSC.

i am feeling very sorry to say that there is no any examination conducted by upsc for diploma holders .

because the minimum educational qualification required for upsc examinations is graduation.

here are the list of all the upsc examinations:-

* CIVIL SERVICES EXAMINATION.

* INDIAN FOREST EXAMINATION.
* COMBINED DEFENCE SERVICES.
* COMBINED MEDICAL EXAMINATION.

AND MANY OTHER EXAMINATIONS.

dear aspirant most of the upsc examinations are graduation based examination.
diploma is not a requirement for any of the upsc examinations.

Special Class Railway Apprentice Exam
National Defense Academy and Naval Academy Examination (NDA/NA)

only both these examination are 12th based examinations conducted by upsc.
you can apply for these examination only if you fulfill the basic requirements to appear for these examination.

for the NDA examination
you need to pass 12th from a recognized board with
PHYSICS MATHEMATICS ENGLISH as subjects.
age limit to apply for this examination is 16.5 to 19 years .
only UNMARRIED INDIAN MALES are eligible to apply for this examination.

while for the SCRA examination
you need to pass 12th from a recognized board with
PHYSICS MATHEMATICS CHEMISTRY as subjects .
age limit to apply for this examination is 17-21 years .
both males and female are eligible to apply for this examination.

as far as the other examination conducted by upsc
you need to have a graduation or engineering degree in any stream from
a recognized university under UGC.

so if you are really willing to appear for the upsc examination you have to
first complete your graduation in any stream you like .
and don't worry about your percentage in the graduation as
there is no percentage bar to appear for a upsc examination.
you can even appear for the upsc examinations while pursuing the final year of your graduation.
also you can get age relaxation of 3 years if you are OBC category aspirants.
while if you belong to the SC/ST categorythen the age relaxation for you will of 5 years
to apply for the upsc examinations.

after graduation you will become eligible to apply for the upsc examinations such as
Central Police Forces Examination (CPF)
Civil Services Examination
Combined Defense Services Examination (CDS)
