    Hiiiii frnds,

No, sir its not necessary that you have to send application form through registered post.........if you are filling application online in case you don't need to send post your application.........but if you are sending your application form offiline mode then you can send your application form through speed post, ordinary post also.......

Dear friend you can send your application of UPSC exam by way of India post or the best media to do registration for UPSC exam is online registration. You open the official website and observe the chart of various exams, like IAS/IFS/IPS etc accordingly you will get the notification date/last date of application/and exam date.So as per your need and click the repective sites to do online registration this is the best way for registration and fees payment.

    Official website:

Friend, you can apply for UPSC Examinations either by Online mode or Offline mode. If you are applying through ONLINE MODE, then there is no need of sending application form to UPSC. On the other hand, while applying through OFFLINE MODE, candidate is required to send his application form to UPSC. For sending application, you may take any option either registered post/speed post/ordinary post.WISH YOUR BRIGHT FUTURE
