Hello Friend,

No, you can't appear for civil services a s they calculate candidate's age on 1 Aug of the exam year. So, on 1 Aug' 2013, your age would be 30 yrs and hence not eligible to appear for the exam. Sorry, you thought of it a little late. Nevertheless, you can try for state level exams. Most of them have upper age limits of 35 yrs and even more.

Sorry to say that you are not eligible for CSAT exam. because you crossed the above age limit of CSAT exam that is 30 year.

actually If you born after 1 aug 1983 then you are eligible but your birth date is 21.05.1983 that's why your age is 30 year and 3 months so you are not eligible.

Age LIMIT

Age should be minimum 21 and maximum 30 years

Age relaxation for OBC 3 year and SC/ST 5 years.

as your age will be 29 yrs and then you must see about age limit...
