Hello,
My dear friend as per my knowledge there has been no requirement posted for biotechnology Engineer in TGC.
Mostly Army engineering corps need people whose work is needed in the field as well as of the field, and I guess there is no field work that could be given to a biotechnology engineer.
Army mostly gets these work done by DRDO

so better try for CDS

sorry to say that bio-technology graduates are not eligible. Indian army conducts Technical graduate course only for the following disciplines
1) civil
2) Mechanical
3) Computer science
4) Electrical
5) Automobile/workshop technology
6)Textiles/plastic technology/rubber technology
7) Electronics
8) communication/telecommunication
9) production technology
10) Architecture/ building construction technology

Sorry buddy ...Till now , Biotechnology is not there in the notified branches of TGC entry .

This time the board is very strict about the branch .

It seems that it had also dropped IT .

But keep refering the openings , you will get to know more about it .

I am really sorry to tell you that you can not apply for the TGC entry scheme being a Biotechnology Student.

Indian army does not conducts Technical Gradate Training scheme for the Biotechnology Engineering Students.

So sorry to say but you can not apply.
