In my 10th certificate my name is Sameer B Bhengra. But from 12th onward I have used my full name as Sameer Benedict Bhengra. Is this is going to be a problem while filling IAS form and what should I do while applying? Should I submit an afidavite stating that I am the same person and Is there any way to contact UPSC for the clarification....please clarify... Thank you...

According to UPSC guideline of filling the form you have to type in your name and other details as they appear in your 10th admit card/marksheet.
So, you are liable to face problem during counselling.Not only in case of UPSC but also while applying to other institutes/universities

Yes,ofcourse an affidavit is a solution.You will be asked to fill an affidavit for the same.
