I am working as a lecturer i want to appear for 2013 upsc but my present annual income exceeds 4.5lakh can i get benefit of non creamy layer, please guide me.

You will get benefit only on upper age limit which is relaxed by 3 years for OBC Candidates.
You will not be eligible for any other benefits.
