UPSC Conducts CDSE every year for recruiting the candidates through following wings
1.Indian Militar Academy(IMA)
2.Indian Navy
3.Air Force Academy(AFA)
4.Officers Training Academy(OTA)

The CDSE is held 2times in every year

Educational Eligibility for CDS:

- For IMA and OTA, you must have any degree from any recognized University.

- For Navy, you should have B.Sc in Physics or Mathematics or Bachelor of Engineering(BE).

- For AFA, you should have the degree from a recognized University with Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 level or Bachelor of Engineering(BE)

Age eligibility:

# For IMA - You should be Unmarried male and your age should be between 19-24 years.

# For Naval Academy - You should be Unmarried male and your age should be between 19-22 years.

# For Air Force Academy - You should be Unmarried male and your age should be between 19-23 years.

1. Girl candidates can join defence forces only after graduation.

2. Like boys, girls cannot join the defence forces after 10+2

3. CDS Examination is most popular examination for joining defence forces in which women candidates are also eligible.

4. In CDS Examination, there are recrutment process is meant for 04 defence academies. But for women candidates only one defence academy namely Officer Training Academy (OTA) is kept reserved only. Women candidates cannot apply for defence academies other than Officer Training Academy (OTA).

5. Age limit fixed for Officer Training Academy (OTA) is 19-25 years.

6. Marital status must be unmarried.

7. Nationality must be Indian.

8. Must be in state of good physical, mental, medical and biological health.

When you are in 12th,then how are you a medical student?? I suppose you have PCB as subject combination and that makes you a "medical student" in 12th itself.
For CDS,you will be eligible but only for OTA. Female candidates can apply for only OTA i.e. Officer Training Academy.
You need to be a graduate from any stream to be eligible for OTA. The age limit required for OTA is 19-25years.
Females are not eligible for Air Force and Navy and IMA through CDS exam.
You can anyways get into Airforce through AFCAT.It is conducted by Air Force twice a year. As you do not have Maths then you will be eligible for only Logistics and Administration branch at Ground Duty.The eligiblity is graduation from any stream with above 60% marks and age limit 20-23years.
Other option is to be REAL medical student if possible and then apply for defence services after your MBBS or even after MD.Doctors in defence services are highly paid in cash and facilities and are very respectable job.

You are apply for CDS once you have finished graduation.
