I'm a HSC passed student. M planning to Give my Graduation via University .. So will I be allowed to appear for UPSC exam ?

Dear,
Sorry, You can't be allowed to appear the UPSC examination. Because the VIA university is situated in Denmark and so it is not UGC recognized University by India. The qualification for UPSC is to appear or passed the Bachelors degree in any stream at any recognized University. Best of Luck

You are not eligible because the via university is not recognized by ugc in india even though you have your nationality has indian and your education as graduation

Yes friend you can apply for UPSC exam after completion of graduation from any UGC recognized university.
You should be only satisfied the criteria of UPSC.
Required Qualification
Graduation in any stream from recognized university or its equivalent
Age should be 21 to 30 years.
Age relaxation for eligible category as per government norms.
You must be Indian.
You can apply for the following UPSC exam
Civil service exam
IFS exam
SCRA exam
CDS exam
Stenographer exam

the basic eligibility for applying for upsc exams is graduation from a college under a recognized university. so if you are a graduate from a recognized university you will surely be allowed to apply for upsc exams.
Eligibility criteria for upsc exams is:
1. Candidate should have completed graduation or engineering from a college under a recognized university.
2. Candidate appearing in final year can also apply for the upsc exam.
3. Age limit for upsc exam is 21 to 30 years.
4. Candidate belonging to OBC and SC/ST category gets an age relaxation of 3 and 5 years respectively.
Age limit is below :
21-30 for general category
21-33 for OBC category
21-35 for SC/ST category
21-40 for physically handicapped .
Number of attempts
::4 attempts for general category
::7 attempts for OBC category
::no limit for SC/ST category

FIRST OF ALL YOU CHECK THAT YOU UNIVERSITY IS APPROVED BY UGC . THEN YOU CAN APPLY FOR UPSC EXAM .
AND YOUR UNIVERSITY IS VIA THAT IS STAY ON DENMARK AND IT WAS NOT APPROVED BY UGC SO YOU CAN'T APPLY
FOR UPSC EXAM .
