Yes you can take coaching while pursuing the PG Degree. But please keep in mind the age criteria.
Age : 21yrs to 30yrs
And During PG Course, You may became more busier person in study and all the practical things. Because most of curriculum holds the practicals, that why you will lack concentration in the coaching.
and yes if you able to manage both.
