its not compulsion for a C.a. to be a graduate in b.com only.
As IAS needs a graduate(that u are ) , and also a Chartered Acountant. You will get benifit in terms of knowledge in clearing IAS.

1. graduate degree from recognised university.

2. age limit 21 - 30 years

3. candidate must be citizen of india.

your question is not clear about your graduation but you have finished graduation is mandatory for IAS.

Eligibility Criteria

Age should be 21 to 30 years
Age relaxation for OBC candidate 3 years
Age relaxation for SC/ST candidate 5 years

There are minimum educational qualification is Graduate any stream from any recognized university.
final year candidate are also eligible for this exam
