its not compulsion for a C.a. to be a graduate in b.com only.
As IAS needs a graduate(that u are ) , and also a Chartered Acountant. You will get benifit in terms of knowledge in clearing IAS.

Age should be 21 to 30 years
Age relaxation for OBC candidate 3 years
Age relaxation for SC/ST candidate 5 years
