There is no special stream graduation to apply for UPSC exams.
For Civil services better to complete to take Arts group because Mostly civil services are handled by General studies,arts and background based questions.
To join in Combined Defense Services(C.D.S) better to go through Engineering branches any stream.
For Indian Engineering Service(I.E.S) better to complete Graduation in Engineering branch with Mechanical/Civil/Electrical/Electonics engineering....

there is no graduation branch for upsc exam,upsc exam will give a choice you can select any two subjects.that is you choice,you can select that two subjects which is known to you,
