Dear applicant,
first of all you have to be 21 years old for applying in the ips exam. once you will be eligible for the exams you can prepare for the test .
two test are there one is preliminary exam and other is main exam. if you cleared it then you have to face the interview.
as if now you are too young so you can prepare urself for the exams...
