Are handicapped or persons who undergone surgery eligible for IAS exam or not?

sorry , but you cann't apply for this exam.
Because it is the eligibility for the IAS exam that a candidate should to be physically fit.
I hope you will understand .
But you can apply for other exam.
There you can do better than IAS exam.
