sir i have undergoes kidneystone surgery last month, am i eligiable for ips? my date of birth is 19/04/1987..i will give upsc exam in 2014..im open cast...i want to know whole procedure and when this exam is conducted?

you are elligible if none of your organ is carried out.

Yes you are eligible for it and you can apply for it at www.upsconline.nic.in and the notification for the exam is given in the month of feb and the last date to apply for it is in the first week of march..

The exam is conducted in three phases:

* Prelims which is written in month of May.

* Those clear it go for next i.e Written Mains..in nov.

* finally interview.
