What is the Eligibility Criteria in Terms of Physical Fitness for appearing in IFS exam?

i have undergone lasik treatment . am i eligible for ifs exam

secondly i have undergone open heart surgery in 2002 at the age of 17. i have medical fitness certificate issued by all india institute of medical sciences. i can easily cover a distance of 15 kilometers in 4 hours as per norms. am i eligible for ifs exam.

Required eligibility:
-graduation in any of the Science subjects, Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Science, Geology, Maths or Statistics, Agriculture or Forestry
-Min age-21 years & max age -30 years
-citizen of India

eligibility criteria - Age limit is 21 years to 30 years as on 1st july of the year of the exam with a bachelor's degree in science with at least one of the following subjects: maths, physics, chemistry, botany, zoology, geology, stats., veterinary science and animal husbandry, or bachelors degree in engineering/forestry/agriculture/or mbbs.

Indian Forest Service Examination(I.F.S.) is conducted by U.P.S.C every year.
To appear in This examination you must satisfy the eligibility criteria.

--You must have completed a Bachelor�s degree from a recognized University with at least one of the subjects namely Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Science, Botany, Chemistry, Geology, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics and Zoology or a Bachelor�s degree in Agriculture, Forestry or in Engineering or an equivalent qualification.

--Your age should between 21 to 30 years. Upper age limit is relaxed for lower caste candidates.

--To appear in Indian Forest Service Examination You need to be medically fit In all the respects.

Number of attempts:-

-> For General category candidates 4 attempts are available.
-> For O.B.C. candidates 7 attempts.
-> Unlimited for SC/ST candidates.

Physical Criteria :-

The physical standard required for the IPS exam is given below:

Height:-
Minimum height required for men is 165 cm
Minimum height required for women is 150 cm
There is a relaxation in height for SC/ST,OBC,Gorkhas, Garhwalias, Assamese, Kumaonis, Nagaland Tribals etc. candidates for men it is 160cm and for women it is 145 cm.

Chest �
Male Minimum 84 cm. Expansion 5 cm.
Female Min 79 cm expansion 5 cm.

Ear-
Good listening & normal ear cavity.
1000 to 4000 frequency hearing impairment shd not be more than 30 decibels.

Eye sight �
6/6 or 6/9 distant vision for good eye. 6/12 or 6/9 for worst eye. Near vision J 1 for good eye. J2 for worst eye.
High standard for the Colour-blind test.
No inherent night blindness. Vision should stereoscopic.

Blood pressure (High) �
Age 23 � 123, age 24 � 124, age 25 �122, age 28 � 124, age 30 �125, age 32 � 126, age 34 � 127.
Ladies should not be pregnant at the time of Medical Test.

Running 2.5 kilometers in 15 minutes
Push ups , pull ups - 20 , sit ups -20
Rope climbing 3 meters per minute

if you are a totally fit person then your age must be upto 30 years and not more than that.

For IFS exams UPSC set some requirement in which the handicaped peoples are also included. but their stage of disability is mentioned in the advertisement of the UPSC.
