    How to crack IAS exam? I completed BE from IT and working in Kotak Life Insurance as a Trainee Manager

    I have completed my BE from IT Branch. But I am not working in IT sector Because my AIM is IAS. Presently I am working in a KOTAK LIFE INSURANCE as a TRAINEE MANAGER.
    NOW PLEASE sugest me. That How can I Crack THE IAS EXAM.

    Dear Aspirant

    You really have to work smartly.Please go to the UPSC websites(www.upsc.gov.in).See the pattern of examination and choose your optional wisely.After that make a study plan.Devote some hours of study.

    Develop a habit of reading newspaper The Hindu. It will updates your general knowledge current affairs and at the same time it will improve your English.Be in touch with monthly magazine like Pratiyogita Darpan .It will help you updated about current affairs from all topics if you have missed something.

    Develop a habit of continuous study and keep yourself motivated and if possible after 2-3 months of self preparation join test series of reputed coaching and analyze your weakness and work on them
