You can fill the application form of upsc in two modes
1.online
2.offline
In online mode you have to submit the application through online
For this you have to attach your photo graph and signature
Also you will pay Callahan
For this you have to see the following link..
http://www.upsc.gov.in/
In offline mode you have to submit the application through postal
For this you have submit the required documents those are send in postal
Here also you have to pay Callahan in offline
Means go to the bank with your challna form and then you will get
transaction id then you may go with it
You can bring application form in stationary or download from official website

For online applications you will have to log on to www.onlineupsc.nic.in where you can fill the form following the given there .the online form filling consist of two parts namely registration part I and registration part II. After filling the you can easily make submit.

If you want to fill by online go to the following link www.upsconline.nic.in and click on apply for the related post and fill up the details like name, address, post name for which you are applying, date of birth, education qualification etc
after that if are liable to pay application form fee then make a payment by online or offline and take a printout of application form for your reference.

First of all you have to collect all details when you are sitting for filling application form,
do not do any wrong while filling form because once you submit then you cannot possible change the details.
