The best exam for you will be Civil services examinations
Bachelor's degree in any stream from a recognised university is the minimum academic requirement.
After doing post graduation in Economics ,your are eligible in terms of academic qualifications for the Civil services examinations.
But as you have not mentioned the date of birth or age ,it is difficult for me to tell you whether you are eligible or not in terms of age.

Dear you have not mentioned that in which field of UPSC exams you are interested but according to your qualification you can apply for following exams :
1. UPSC Civil Services- IAS - Indian Administrative Services - A bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university and age should be between 21-30 years
2. UPSC Police Services - IPS - Indian Police Services - A bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university and age should be between 21-30 years
3. UPSC Economic Services - IES or ISS - Indian Economic Services/Indian Statistical Services - A Master degree in Economics or Applied Economics or Business Economics or Econometrics from a recognized university and age should not be less than 21 years and more than 30 years
