hi,
If you have faith and determination your job will not be a barrier for your goals.firstly learn the art of time management.do only the work assigned to you.free up all the unnecessary works and think only about the examination.for example in office you can atleast finish reading newspaper as it will not invite any criticism from you colleagues.save your time whenever possible and use it for studies.use your weekends properly.so keep on working.managing both will be difficult but if you work hard you can manage.during exam you can apply for leave and study.ALL THE BEST.
my dear friend ,

friend i want to tell the mantra of sucess .only when ever you feel that you are weak and cant do want what ever you want . then go out side see sun if its is shining then hold your hand in frount of sun you will see that you can protect your eyes from sun . "if you can protect your eyes from such a huge sun with your small hands then nothing is immpossible"
dear aspirant, as per my advice first of all you have to manage your extra time at your home and job. like holidays , free hours on a job. in this time you have to do preparation for UPSC EXAMS . you must take a advantage of time when you are free from your work. so preparation made easy. all the best...
