    UPSC stands for the Union Public Service Commission.

    UPSC is a central government body which conducts various competitive exam for the various posts:

    Civil Service exam for IAS, IPS or IRs

    CDS

    NDA

    CMS

    IFS

    IES

    ISS

    Stenographer

    Section officer

    SCRA

    CPF.


    UPSC release the notification every year time to time for these exam.

    and number of posts may be up and down.

    UPSC mostly conducts the Officer level exam and candidates have good opportunity via UPSC exam to go in government jobs.

    The Basic eligibility criteria for maximum exams are:
    The candidate should have a degree in any discipline from university recognized by UGC. Final Year students can also apply.
    The candidate should be Indian
    The age limit is 21-30 years
