UPSC conducts only ONCE in a year examination of civil services.

this examination conducted in two parts PRELIMINARY & MAINS so

prelim's conducted mostly in mpnth of MAY/JUNE while MAINS Conducted in month of october.


generally upsc gives notification in the month of march for the same .

you can purchase the form from nearest HEAD POST OFFICE ,you have to pay Rs, 100 through CRF stamp duly cancelled by post-office
