Of course friend you can apply for the post of IAS officer after B.Sc. (Hons).
To be an IAS officer you will have to apply for the Civil Service exam which is conducted by the Union Public Service Commission.
This exam is organized only single time in a year.
Lots of candidates take part in this exam across the India, so you need to very hard work because exam pattern will be highly tough.
You must follow the following criteria to apply for CSE
Candidates with graduation degree in any branch are eligible to apply for the civil service exam.
There is no restriction of percentage for the CSE.
No certain marks of percentage required.
Your age should be between 21 to 30 years.
Age relaxation is applicable as per government norms
SC/ST + 5 years
OBC + 3 years
Ph + 10 years
You must have Indian citizenship.
Exam pattern for the civil exam
To crack the civil service exam you should do preparation in a systematic way.
The notification for civil service exam will updated in employment newspaper and its official website also.
You can apply for the CSE exam in two modes

2> if you do struggle than IAS exam is not difficult for you..
3> so first of all check the IAS exam paper pattern and than start preparation according to it..
4> first of all cover your all degree related weak subjects..
5> than do the practice of reasoning,aptitude,etc questions..

dear friend you can definitely go for IAS after your B.Sc(Hons).Believe me you are not going to face any problem regarding eligibility criteria.
If you are thinking of problems during preparation ,then rest assured because everyone has to prepare for same subjects and whichever stream you have opted for graduation.So its not going to be a problem or any disadvantage to your chances in your pursuit for IAS preparation.
There are some eligibility criteria for appearing in this examination:-
1.You should be a citizen of India.
2.You should have completed your graduation from any stream but from a recognized university.
3.Candidates in their final year of graduation can also apply for the same.
4.The age limit is 21-30 years for General candidates(4 attempts) with a relaxation in age of 3,5 and 5 years for OBC(7 attempts),SC(unlimited attempts) and ST(unlimited attempts) candidates respectively.

B.Sc is a graduation degree course and after graduation every candidates are eligible for IAS exam.
It does not matter that in which field you are passing your graduation only you should be graduate.
Your age must be under 21-30 years.
You should be citizen of India.
General candidates has 4 attempts to apply where as BC candidates has 7 attempts to apply and SC/ST candidates has no limit to apply for same.
