1-you must be passed a bachelor degree from a recognized university

2-both male and female can apply this exam.

3-you must be Indian citizen

4- age limit is 20-25 years.

5 years age relaxation for civiian central government servants.

5 years age relaxation is given those whose domicile in the state of jammu and kashmir from 1 jan 1980 to 31th dec 1989.
