the age limit to apply for the upsc examinations is 21-30 years .
there is an age relaxation of 5 years for the sc/st category.
so the age limit for them to apply for the upsc examination is 21-35 years .

for the OBC category aspirants there is an age relaxation of 3 years .
so the age limit for them to apply for the upsc examinations is 21-33 years .

apart from the age relaxation for the OBC and the SC/ST category.
there is an age relaxation of 5 years more for the government employees .

as you are a general category aspirant ,
you will be given an age relaxation of 5 years more for the upsc examinations.
so the age limit for you is 21-35 years .

Sir, since you belongs to General Category you can't avail any age relaxation even being a Central Government Employee. You can avail the same if you are working for Defence Personnel only. Other wise there is no chance for you....if you have cross the age of 30 yrs.

Following are the age limits for Civil Services Exam:-
    1. General- 21-30
    2. OBC- 21-33
    3. SC/ST - 21-35
    4. GENERAL AND HANDICAPPED- 21-40
    5. OBC AND HANDICAPPED- 21-43
    6. SC/ST AND HANDICAPPED- 21-45
