Strategy is which we call in simple language "ACTION PLAN". You should try to divide your syllabus in time slot which you have, if your exam is hitting head nearly. UPSC is all about "jack of all and master of some" type.
nature of the exam suggest that preparation should be relative instead of absolute.
Because strategy is your part of concern, and its your task to carny forward it till exam date.
