>> Usually,the UPSC provides all notifications and information on the advertisement of the application form in particular.
>> You must follow these strictly while filling the form.
>> If you have read the instructions clearly,then you are not to face any problem while filling and submitting the form.
>> Regarding form submission,if you have applied OFFLINE,then you can submit your form by posting them on the desired address,after pasting the requisite CRF stamps.
>> If you have applied ONLINE,then you can just submit the form,after completing the PART-II registration with the payment done,and scanned photograph and signature uploaded.You can also get the final print out for security.
>> The confirmation mail of the registration in either of the two cases is sent to you on your e-Mail ID that you have provided on the application form.
>> Mails are the adopted means of conversation by the UPSC.However,you cannot reply to the mails of the UPSC.
>> I would like to inform you that you cannot let your Grievance known to the UPSC in personal.
>> You need to submit your form on your own,by getting the instructions clearly.
>> However,for details and notifications,you can do refer to the Official Website of the UPSC :: www.upsc.gov.in !!!
