Dear Aspirant,
To start, preparation of all these subjects, first you revise Maths of Class VIII to X (from NCERT books), if having doubts in concepts of VIII class, then start from class VI. You have to cover few chapter of XI & XII class like Perm. & combination, Seq. & Series, AP & GP and Probability.
For English part, revise English Grammar and do pratise it.

first of all manage time for prparation
2) study last year papers in which topic most of questions are asked .
3)improve skill in english at level ypto class 10th to 12th
4)imrove mental ability by solving logical questions.
5) and last you must read current affairs , imrove your GK , and focus on your target.

2> after that solve the aptitude and reasoning books..
3> after that improve the verbal and nonverbal English..
4> also read the newspapers and magazines daily for improving the general knowledge..
5> after above steps solved the previous year question papers and sample papers of CSAT,IBPS,TNPSC...
