Dear,
Firstly, I am very happy that you are so interested to attend the IES examination. But Sorry, there is no such facilities to change the examination date. If you are anxious to appear the examination, then you have to wait another year for it. You try your best to attend the 8th semester examination and prepare for the IES examination after the semester examination so that You can appear the examination next year properly. Best Of Luck.
Dear candidate
it is good you want to go for UPSC services but there is no any provision regarding the change the date of IES exam which is going to be held on 15 june 2012.
so it should be better to complete the B.Tech degree firstr and then apply for it next year.
Best of luck.
there is no such provision to change the date of exam first of all complete your 8 semester properly then next year prepare for IES. ALL THE BEST
As you are in final year , you are applying for i.e.s. Exam.
I.e.s. Stands for indian engineering service.
For general category age limit is 21-30 years.
Four number of attempts are available for general category.
but sorry to say you dear there is no such facility for you to change the examination date.
The examination will be held on the earlier declared date.
It can not be further changed by u.p.s.c.
So, you have to wait for another year to appear in this examination.
important dates for i.e.s. Exam:-
date of sale of application form:-10.03.2012
last date for submission:-09.04.2012(monday)
date of exam:-15.06.2012(friday)

Dear Candidate,
-There is NO PROVISION made by the UPSC to change the date of examination of the IES exams,or any other exam, due to any possible cause.
-As the dates have been fixed all over the candidate,it cannot be changed due to a single person.
-So, the best advice for you is to attend your Last Semester Exams as you can attend the IES EXAMS next year too.
Good Luck.
sorry friend, there is no such facilities.
you change the IES exam date.
dont worry friend. you have got lots of time to prepare. so definitely you will crack IES exam next year.
practice more & more model papers.
Sorry there is no alternative to it ..One cannot change dates for the exam and the only solution is you can appear for the exam after you complete your degree..
If the dates are clashing, then this will be problem for not only you but other students as well from your University. So you all can approach your college authorities and University authorities with application regarding that. You cannot change the date of a National exam for just few students date clashing. So the only option for you would be to approach your college authorities as this things keep happening every year for some Universities.
