The UPSC requires the qualification as the Bachelors degree at any recognized university in any discipline. So you must appear the examination of UPSC, if you are a graduate student of Physiotherapy in any recognized university. Secondly, if you are convenient to the subject of History and psychology, then you can take these subject as your optional paper in Main examination of CSAT. Thanks....
the main eligibility to apply for upsc exams is graduation from a recognized university so being a physiotherapist you acn apply for upsc exams if your age is between 21-30 years .this age limit can be relaxed to 3 years if you belong to OBC category and for 5 years if you belong to SC/ST category.
as far as your subjects are concerned you can take history and psychology as my optional subjects or any other subject that appeals you more .
