    Is there any relation between IAS and IPS? Give some tips and tricks for my UPSC exams preparation.

    I have known about all requirements about IAS exams from this website.I have to asked that IS there any link between IAS ans IPS.ANd the best instituions for the preparation of UPSC.

    Dear,
    The UPSC conducts the CSAT examination for both of IAS & IPS. IAS stands for Indian Administrative Service whereas IPS is Indian Police Service. Though the nature of duty is different for both, but the prestige and power is very high. The best institution for the preparation of both is RAU'S IAS Academy, New Delhi. Best of Luck

    there's no straight forward relation between IAS and IPS.They bot hae different authorities and different responsibilties thatswhy they named differently.

    tips:

    *follow NCERT when required .
    *solve previous year question papers .
    *solve more and more mcq's

    go ahead according to UPSC SCRA Syllabus.
    you can start for UPSC by study 6th to 12th NCERT books.
    increase your general knowledge, continuous reading news papers and magazines, concentrate on English.
    solving Previous year question papers is most requisite part of preparation.

    Hi Aspirant,


    UPSC conducts the exam for the post of IPS and IAS through Civil Service exam.

    Age limit for CSE is 21 to 30 years.

    Age relaxation

    SC/ST age limit 21 to 35 years

    OBC age limit 21 to 33 years


    Tips for Civil Service exam

    For the preparation of CSE you have need to very hard work.

    It is the toughest exam of India for the most reputed jobs.

    So competition will be very hard.

    It can be achieved only by continuity and study in right direction.

    Time management plays an important role in the preparation of CSE.

    You should manage your time table according to the syllabus of CSE.

    Study 10 to 14 hours daily.

    Point out your weak points and try to cover them.

    You should join any leading coaching institute for the CSE.

    In the selection of optional subject you should be careful.

    Attempt to solve previous year question paper to estimate your preparation.

    You should study from NCERT books and reference books also.
