The UPSC conducts the CSAT examination for both of IAS & IPS. IAS stands for Indian Administrative Service whereas IPS is Indian Police Service. Though the nature of duty is different for both, but the prestige and power is very high. The best institution for the preparation of both is RAU'S IAS Academy, New Delhi. Best of Luck
