I am a BCA (2007 - 10) student of IGNOU. I will complete my BCA this year with two years of gap. Can I write civil services exam? Suggest me in detail.

-I was in 2007-2010 BCA from IGNOU. Due to some reasons I will complete my BCA this year with 02 yrs gap. Can I go for Civil Services Exams ? Suggest me in Detail..

Don't worry, there is no any restriction for applying in upsc examination. If you have graduation degree then you can apply for exam. Also IGNOU is a central govt. university and fully recognized by UGC.

So, you can apply for the exam. And don't think of year gap.

yes sir there is no problem regarding your graduation degree. ignou university is the recognized university so don,t worry you are eligible for the exam. you check your age according to the age condition:-

The age limit is for general category is 21 to 30 years. And attempt the exam 4 times.

The age limit is for obc category is 21 to 33 years (3 years relaxation). Attempt the exam 7 times.

Age limit for SC/ST category is 21 to 35 years and attempt chance till overage. Means unlimited

two exam held one is the preliminary and other is the secondary

Do not need to worry . as you said you have completed BCA from IGNOU which is recognized university so you can apply for UPSC CS(Civil Services) Exam.
And for CS exam your age must be within 21 years to 30 years and there is relaxation in upper age limit for reserved category candidates: 3 years for OBC and 5 years for SC/ST.
