You can appear in IAS/IPS examination of UPSC. If you appearing in final exam of university then also you can apply for IAS/IPS examination. The AGE LIMIT of IES examination is 21 to 30 years on 1 August of Exam Year i.e. if you appear in 2012 IES exam then you must have been born not earlier than 02 August 1982 and not later than 1 August of 1991.

The various exams that are conducted by the UPSC are as follows,most of them have the criteria of the graduation from any stream,few have some specified qualification required.
CDSE-Combined Defence Service Examination-the examination for entry in to the
IMA-Indian Military Academy-the graduation from any stream is required-a entry for the army-hence you are applicable.
OTA-Officers Training Academy-the graduation from any stream-a entry for the army-hence you are applicable.
NA-Naval Academy-the B.SC with physics and maths or B.TECH degree- a entry in to the navy-hence you are not applicable.
AFA-Air Force Academy-the graduation from any stream but with physics and maths in 10+2-a entry in to the air force-if you had maths and physics in 10+2,then only you can apply.
Actually CDSE is the only one exam,the preferences will be yours to go for which academy.
