dear friend,
the age limit for a general category candidate is 21 years to 30 years(not earlier than 2nd January,
1982 and not later than 1st January, 1991).
and there is relaxation in upper age limit for OBC candidate is 3 years(21 years to 33 years) and for SC/ST candidate there is relaxation of 5 years(21 years to 35 years).
if you belong to general category then sorry you are not eligible for UPSC exam
or if you belong to OBC or SC/ST then you can apply for UPSC exams.
Sorry , there is no special category for female candidates . The age limits and relaxation is common to all the candidates .
Civil Service Examination is divided into three stages :- 1)Prelims 2)Main 3)Personal Interview .

So you can't apply for the Civil Service Examination . For Information check the this year announcement :- born not earlier than 2nd august , 1982 and not later than 1st august 1991 .
But if you are belongs to SC/ST/OBC or other reserved categories then you are eligible to apply for Civil Service Examination .

Dear
if you belong the unreserved/general category then you can not appear in the exam. but some condition for the reserve category like as:_
The age limit is for general category is 21 to 30 years. And attempt the exam 4 times.
The age limit is for obc category is 21 to 33 years (3 years relaxation). Attempt the exam 7 times.
Age limit for SC/ST category is 21 to 35 years and attempt chance till overage. Means unlimited
the same relaxation for the male and female candidate
Hi dear
The age limits for the UPSC Civil services Exam is 21-30 years with no relaxation to a general female candidate. So if you are a general category applicant then you are clearly not eligible for the UPSC Civil Services Exam as you have crossed the upper age mark.
However UPSC has provision to grant relaxation in upper age limit to following category applicants:-
1. OBC ( 3 years relaxation)
2. Physically disable ( 3 years relaxation)
3. SC or ST ( 5 years relaxation)
4. Ex-servicemen or a government employee ( 5 years relaxation)
So if you belong to any one of these categories then you are eligible for the next UPSC Civil services exams.
