hello, after complete 18th October 2014 you can apply for UPSC/IAS EXAM. AND YOU SHOULD HAVE TO COMPLETE YOUR GRADUATION FROM THE RECOGNIZED UNIVERSITY. after complete 21 years you can apply for exam. you must be an INDIAN. all the best

I want to inform you that you are not eligible for Civil Services exam now.Because you are not eligible for UPSC Civil Service Exams you are not fulfil age criteria.
So when you completed minimum age required then defiantly you can apply for this exam.
Eligibility Criteria For IAS:-

>>Age should be 21-30 years and age relaxation provide for reserved categories.

Sorry dear you are not eligible for the UPSC civil services exam because you are not completed minimum age. When you will complete your age then you are eligible for UPSC. If you want to enter into UPSC then you should be a complete graduatefrom recognized university with any percentage. You should be Indian citizen

UPSC civil services examination is conducted every year by UPSC for
the recruitment of IAS (Indian administrative services) and
IPS (Indian police services) officers.
This examination is basically conducted in two parts namely .
Preliminary examination and
Mains examination
The basic educational qualification required to appear for this examination is
graduation in any stream from a recognized university approved by UGC.
It can be B.A, B.Sc, BCA, BBA, B.Com ,B. Tech etc .
The age limit required to appear in this examination is 21-30 years
for the general category aspirants
Apart from that there is an age relaxation for the OBC and the SC/St category aspirants
while appearing for this examination.

The age limit minimum for any category for applying in the IAS is the 21 years for all category.
Your birthday is on 18/10/1993,means you will be of 20 years on the 18/10/2013 and 21 years on 18/10/2014 and of 22 years on 18/10/2015.
Now according to the UPSC,the candidate must attend the age of minimum 21 years before 1st August in the exam year,to become eligible for the civil services exams.
In the year 2013 you will be of 20 years,then you can not apply for this year civil services in the year 2014 upto 1st August your age will be 20 years 10.5 months again not eligible for the year 2014,but in the year 2015 upto 1st August your age will be 21 years 10.5 months,hence can apply for the IAS exam in the year 2015.

as you see that the minimum age required for the same is 21 , and according to your age you age you will become eligible for the same after 2014 , so i advice you to prepare for it with full confidence and once you feel that you are ready than you should apply because there is a restriction of no. of attempts.
