    For Female candidate :-150 cm

Relaxation will applicable for SC/ST and OBC candidates ,

    Male :- 160 cm

    Female :- 145 cm .

    Chest :-

For Male candidates :- 84cm with 5 cm Expansion

As you said that your height is only 5'3 then in that case you are not able to become an IPS officer. But, let me tell you one thing is that do not dishearten yourself as you can many other things better than this.

I wish you a better and bright career ahead.
