CDS exam is conducted for the recruitment in defense service.
CDS required perfect eys and physical criteria.
So in the medical test you will be disqualified.

The physical criteria for the CDS exam is given as
so you can not apply for the exam if you have not perfect eyes or any physical imperfection.

You are not eligible to Combined Defense Services examination because of your squint problem.
Better to apply for Civil Services, which also conducted by UPSC and gets status job in Government sector
In this examination, you will having a special reservation on Visually Handicapped category.
CDS required a God sight without wearing Glasses....
