You are eligible for the exam, it is no matter for the civil service exam you are graduate from the distance education/correspondence education/ regular basis.
Upsc requirement the candidate must have graduate in any stream from the approved university.
If you passed the degree from approved university then you are eligible for the exam.
Age limit for the exam is the 21 to 30 years
Age relaxation for the reserve category.
Three years for the other backward classes and five years for the sc / st category.
Chance to attempt the exam
4 times to the unreserved category.
7 times for the obc
No limit till age for the sc/st category.

Nationality : Indian

Educational Qualification : Candidates must posse's Bachelor's Degree from any Recognized University

Age limit : min of age limit 18 years & max of age limit 34 years

The Candidates's Upper age limit relaxation as follows :

5 years for OBC & SC/ST Candidates

10 years for PH Candidates
