Information regarding UPSC criteria for PH candidates in hearing? Am I eligible to appear in Physically handicapped category if I have 80% disability in right ear and 20% disability in left year?

Hello All, I have been trying to look for information regarding the UPSC criteria for PH candidate in hearing.

I am having disability of 80% in my right side ear and disability of 20% in my left side ear. Am i eligible to appear in physically handicapped category?
