NDA examination is conducted every year twice by UPSc for the admission in naval academy cources and for all the three wings of our Indian defence system .
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:-
1. MUST BE PASSED/APPEARED IN 12TH WITH A GOVT. RECOGNIZED BORED .(WITH MATHEMATICS
AND PHYSICS FOR AIR-FORCE ,NAVY AND NAVAL ACADEMY)
2. YOU MUST BE AN INDIAN CITIZEN
3. YOU MUST BE MEDICALLY FIT .
4. HAVE NO MAJOR SURGERY IN THE PAST .
AGE CRITERIA:-
1.THE CANDIDATE MUST BE IN BETWEEN 16.5-19 YEARS
PAPER SCHEME:-
THERE IS TWO PAPERS IN THE EXAMINATION
MATHEMATICS - 300MARKS (2.30 HOURS)
GENERAL ABILITY- 600MARKS. (2.30 HOURS)
SELECTION PROCESS :-
1. WRITTEN TEST.
2. SSB INTERVIEW.

NDA stands for National Defense Academy and this is one of the Exam for the Defense Jobs to recruit the Candidates and this examination is conducted by Union public Service Commission and this examination is conducted by Twice per year(Nda-I and Nda-II).If you interest to apply for this examination You should be have this eligibility Criteria's.
Eligibility Criteria For NDA Exam:-
Educational Qualification:-The candidate should be complete the 12th standard from recognized university or a equivalent education.
Age Limits:-The candidate age limit should be not less the 16.5 years and not more than 19 years. and there is no upper age relaxation for this exam.
Nationality:-The candidate should be citizen of india.
Physical standards:-
NDA exam have Two stages.Stage One have Two papers,Paper one have 300 marks and Paper two have 600 marks totally 900 marks for the Stage one.
NDA-II Exam Notification:-
>>Date of Notification:- 5/5/12
>>Last Date of application form:-4/6/12
>>Date of Exam:-19/8/12
If you apply this exam for this year then you can write the Exam on the 19/8/12 other wise you can wait for the Next year notification of NDA-I.

Dear Aspirant,
- The NDA examination stands for the NATIONAL DEFENSE ACADEMY exams.
- These exams are conducted twice in an year by the UPSC and are hence known as the NDA-I and the NDA-II exams respectively.
- While the NDA-I exams are conducted in APRIL,the NDA-II exams happen in the month of OCTOBER.
- The release of application forms of the NDA-I exams are notified in JANUARY while that of the NDA-II exams are declared in the month of MAY.
The COMPLETE ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA of the NDA exams are mentioned below ::
01. NATIONALITY.
You must be a Citizen of INDIA,
or,Your citizenship must satisfy the terms of UPSC and the Government of India.
02. AGE LIMITS.
You must be 16 and a half to 19 years of age.
No relaxations are allowed.
03. ESSENTIAL EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS.
You must have passed you 10+2 from a recognized board or university.
Final year students are also applicable.
Only the passing percentage is necessary.
However,to apply for the NAVAL ACADEMY or the AIR WING,you must have had PHYSICS and MATHS as your subjects at +2 level.
04. SEX.
Only unmarried male candidates are eligible.
05. NUMBER OF ATTEMPTS ALLOWED.There is no restriction upon the number of attempts until you satisfy the eligibility criteria.
>> The questions included in the written exams are based on +2 level.
>> Those who qualify the written exams are called for the SSB interviews.
