>> The Civil Services exams,commonly known as the Civil Services exams to many is conducted annually by the UPSC.
I have mentioned below the complete step-by-step procedure to apply for the UPSC CIVIL SERVICES exams.
>> The notifications of application forms are released by the first week of February.
>> There are two modes to apply :: ONLINE or OFFLINE !!
>> To apply ONLINE,you need to visit the website:: www.upsconline.nic.in
The registration is carried out in two parts,PART-I and PART-II.
While filling the PART-I,you have to input all your basic details.It includes,your name,date of birth,your qualifications,parent's name,address,etc.
After completing PART-I registration,you have to make the payment either through CHALLAN method or through ONLINE BANKING.
You will receive a Transaction ID.
Use this transaction ID to fill in the PART-II registration.Also submit your scanned photograph and signature.
Finally submit the form.
You are done !!
>> To apply offline,you may purchase the application kit from the regional head post office branch.
The price of the application form is Rs 20/-.
Fill in the form as directed on the brochure.
After filling it,paste the CRF stamp of the requisite amount and post it on the desired address.
>> Make sure you apply only once.
>> The confirmation of your registration will be sent on your e-mail ID,that you had applied on the application form.

UPSC is the union public service commission.
Friend there are two ways to apply for the UPSC examinations .
1.Online Mode:
For online application, you should have fill the application form at http://www.upsconline.nic.in/.
First of all ,you should upload your signature and photo then fill the application form and after that you have pay the amount of application form through ATM card/Internet banking etc.
[B]The second method is to apply offline .
For offline application you have to buy the application form from your nearest post office and fill the application form .
After that paste your photograph.
Then send the filled application form to :

All filled applications should be submitted to "Secretary, Union Public Service Commission, Dholpur House, Shahjahan Road, New Delhi - 110069" either by hand or by Post/Speed Post or by Courier.
2. Online:-
To fill application online you have to visit www.upsconline.nic.in. Instructions to fill forms are available with every exam notifications.
Online Application is divided into two parts :- Part - I and Part II
Part - I registration can be divided into 5 pages , the 5 page consist of personal details , selection of exam center , Display all the information entered by you. It generates the Registration ID after submit the details .
Note :- Before filling the Part-II Registration, you must fill the Part-I Registration and then only it is a valid Registration-Id.
Part - II registration consist of Fee Payment , Uploading of Photograph and Signature .
You have to Pay the fees by any one of the modes :
>> Pay the fees by SBI Debit/Credit Card
>> Pay the fees by SBI Net Banking
>> Submit fees direct in SBI Bank.
