    Hey there...

The official website for UPSC is : www.upsc.gov.in
Here you can see all the details related to UPSC like the notifications, exam schedule, results etc...

To become an IAS officer you must first apply for the civil service examinations, the notification for which appears around Feb of every year.
You must be eligible to appear for the exam for which the criteria are, 1. one must be a graduate from a recognized university, 2. within the age limit of 21-30 years.

The next step is that you must clear 3 levels...
    1. Prelims(objective type questions)
    2. Mains( written examination)
    3. Interview(GDPI)

IAS is the 1st post under the civils and there is a lot of competition for the same, so you must be extra prepared for it.
There are other services also that are catered to under this like the IPS, IFS etc...

    All the best!!
