Dear, The advertisement of UPSC for Civil Services is attached here with for your help, where the list of exam Centers of UPSC Civil Services Prelim Exams.

The centers of examination of UPSC is all capital of stats like Ranchi of Jharkhand, Patna of Bihar etc. There are 28 states and in all states of capital you will be got the exam center.

But first of all you have to apply for the examination at www.upsc.gov.in and then you will have to get admit card in which you will have the exam center in which state you are now living.
