IBPS CWE Probationary Officer : Should have passed bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university or any other equivalent qualification and your age should not be less than 20 years and more than 30 years

IBPS CWE Specialist Officer : Following posts comes under SO for Engineers :

IBPS CWE IT Officer Scale I : Candidate must posses a bachelor's degree in any one of the following disciplines from a recognized university :

Computer Application
Computer Science
Electrical Engineering
Electronics and Communication
Electronics and Telecommunication
Electronics and Instrumentation
Electronics and Equipments
Information Technology

or Should have master's degree in any one of the above mentioned streams from a recognized university

Your age should not be less than 20 years and more than 35 years

IBPS CWE - Technical Officer Scale I :

Degree in Engineering/ Civil/ Electrical/ Mechanical/ Production/ Metallurgy/ Electronics/ Electronics and Telecommunication/ Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Textile/ Chemical etc. or B.Pharm

Age should be between 20-35 years and relaxation in upper age as per government guidelines that follows same for all above mentioned posts - 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC category candidates

UPSC Indian Engineering Service Examination :

Should posses a degree in Engineering in any one of the - Civil/ Electrical/ Electronics and Telecommunication/ Mechanical from a recognized university and age should be between 21-30 years

UPSC Indian Civil Service Examination :

Candidate must have passed bachelor's degree examination of a recognized university in any stream and age limitations are - 21-30 years

UPSC Indian Forest Service Examination : Should be graduate in any one of the - Agriculture/ Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Science/ Botany/ Chemistry/ Engineering/ Forestry/ Geology/ Mathematics/ Physics/ Statistics / Zoology from a recognized university and age should not be less than 21 years and more than 30 years

You should posses following eligibility criteria to apply for this examination :
