Following combinations of subjects are not allowed Civil services exam:�
(a) Political Science & International Relations and Public Administration;
(b) Commerce & Accountancy and Management;
(c) Anthropology and Sociology;
(d) Mathematics and Statistics;
(e) Agriculture and Animal Husbandry &Veterinary Science.
(f) Management and Public Administration;
(g) Of the Engineering subjects, viz., Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering�not more than one subject.
(h) Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Science and Medical Science.

-Political Science & International
relations and Pubilc
Administration
-Commerce & Accountancy and
Management
-Anthropopgy and Sociology
-Mathematics and Statistics
-Agriculture and Animal Husbandry
& Veterinary Science
-Management and Public Administration
-Any two branches of engineering
-Animal Husbandry & Veterinary
Science.
As these combinations cover almost the similar type of study,they aren't permitted.

beside these combination a candidate can choose any one.
