Conducted through CSAT(Civil Service Aptitude Test) exam.

The criteria is
1)Degree in any stream
2)Age limit-21 to 30 years for general candidate
21 to 33 years for Other Backward Classes.
21 to 35 years for scheduled caste/scheduled tribe
21 to 40 years for physically challenged candidate.
3)Conducted by UPSC
