The age limit for applying in the NDA is 16.5 to 19 years and you have already crossed the upper age limit,hence you can not apply for the NDA.

No dear, you can't because your age is 19 year and 1 months that means you crossed the upper age limit of NDA exam so you are not eligible for NDA exam.
Valid Age limit for NDA exam is MIN. 16.5 year and MAX. 19 year.
But if you want to go in the defence sector then wait for some time after completing your graduation you are eligible for CDS exam.
cds exam is also conducted by UPSC twice in a year,
Eligibility Criteria For CDS is
candidate should be completed graduation
For Indian Military Academic candidate should be 19 to 24 year
For Officer Training Academy candidate should be 19 to 25 year
For Naval candidate should be 19 to 22 year
For Indian air force candidate should be 19 to 23 year.

Sorry dear, according to your age you can't apply for NDA exam - 2013 bcoz its age criteria is 16.5-19 yrs. So you have lost this chance try another exam.

For NDA your age must be within 16.5 years to 19 years and you must have attained the lower limit and not have attained the upper age limit.

The Age Limit Criteria for NDA & NA Exam is as follows:
The candidate should be of the age in between 16.5 to 19 years.
If you are so eager to join Defence then don't be upset you can apply for CDS Exam after graduation.
CDS Exam is conducted by UPSC twice a year for the recruitment of candidates in the Indian Military Academy (IMA), Naval Academy (NA), Air Force Academy (AFA), Officers Training Academy (OTA).
The eligibility criteria for CDS Exam are as follows:
Nationality:
The candidate must be Indian.
Age Limit: Male candidates (Unmarried) of age between
(i) For IMA: 19-24 years.
(ii) For Indian Naval Academy: 19-22 years.
(iii) For Air Force Academy: 19-23 years.
(iv) For OTA: Male candidates (married or unmarried) of age between 19-25 years.

No never you cannot apply for the NDA examination after the completion of the age of 19 years because a candidate should be less than 18.5 when he attempt to apply for the last time for the NDA examination because after that he cannot apply for the same because the age requirement id 16.5 to 19 years of age for the same.
If you want join the defence services then you need to go for the CDs examination but for that you need to go for the graduation because without graduation CDS is not possible to apply.

CDS stands for the combined defence services examination conducted by UPSC to select the candidates in defence services.
Qualification-
Graduate in any discipline from a recognised university can apply for the indian army.
graduate in physics and maths or engineering can apply for the indian air force and navy also.

19 to 23 years for the air force.
19 to 24 years for IMA.
19 to 25 years for OTA.
Candidates should be unmarried male or female.

You can not apply for Nda as you did not satisfy the eligibility criteria.
For Giving NDA you should be between 16-19 years of age and you have exceeded that limit.
So i would suggest you to complete graduation in any stream from recognised university and then apply for CDS.
