NDA Eligibility Criteria: The examination of the NDA (National defence academy) is conducted by union public service commission-upsc twice in a year to recruits the candidates in Army, Navy & Air Force wings of National Defence Academy. The eligible candidates apply through online and offline application mode. The eligibility details of the UPSC NDA exam details given below�
1. Nationality: A candidate must be a citizen of India.
2. Age: Only the Unmarried Male Candidates born not earlier than 2nd January,1995 and not later than 1st July ,1997 are eligible.
Sex: only unmarried male candidates are eligible.
3. Educational Qualifications:
(i)For Army wing of National Defence Academy: 12th Class pass of the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent examination conducted by a State Education Board or a University.
(ii) For Air Force and Naval Wings of National Defence Academy: A candidate must have passed 10+2 educational level with physics and mathematics subjects. Candidates who are appearing in the 12th class under the 10+2 pattern of school education or equivalent can also apply.
4. Physical Standards: Candidates must be physically fit and medically according to physical standards for admission to National Defence Academy and Naval Academy Examination.

No, you are not eligible to give NDA Exam, which is going to be conducted in the month of April.
For NDA 2013 exam, the age of the candidate should fall between 2nd January 1995 and 1st July 1997.
As your age doesn't lie between the age group provided, you are not eligible to give this exam.
If you are really interested in these services, you can give CDS exam, for which graduation from recognized university is needed.
So, after completion of your degree, you can give this exam.

The age limit for the exam is the 16. 5 year to 19 years.
So when the notification is released by upsc in this year then you complete the 19 years.
According to me you go with the SCRA exam.
The age limit is the 17 to 21 years.
If you want to go with the army,navy, airforce
Then firstly complete the graduation and give the CDS exam
Which is also conduct two times in a year.

You are not eligible for the exam as you are already 19 years old and according to Eligibility criteria only 16.5-19 years old candidate are eligible. Other criteria are as follows :-
1. 16.5-19 years of age
2. No relaxation
3. Only Males candidate can apply
4. Only Indian citizen are eligible
5. Only unmarried candidate are eligible
6. Maths and Physics should be compulsory subject
You can still have a chance in form of Combined defence services to get into Indian Armed Forces. It is also conducted by UPSC two times in a year and all the candidate who are graduate are eligible for the exam.
CDSE :-
Bachelor in Engineering or graduation
Final year student can also apply but they have to produce certificate of pass before Final selection

If you are so eager to join Defence then don't be upset you can apply for CDS Exam after graduation.
CDS Exam is conducted by UPSC twice a year for the recruitment of candidates in the Indian Military Academy (IMA), Naval Academy (NA), Air Force Academy (AFA), Officers Training Academy (OTA).
The eligibility criteria for CDS Exam are as follows:
The candidate must be Indian.
The candidate should be unmarried.
The age of candidates should lie in between 19-24 yrs.
The Educational Qualification is as follows:
(i) For I.M.A. and OTA: Degree of a recognized University or equivalent.
(ii) For Indian Naval Academy: Degree in Engineering.
(iii) For Air Force Academy: Degree of a recognized University (with Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 level) or Bachelor of Engineering.
Final year students can also apply.

Indian Military : You should have a bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university and final year pursuing candidates are also eligible to apply for this examination and your age should be between 19-24 years
Indian Navy : You should have a bachelor's degree in engineering in any discipline from a recognized university and age should not be less than 19 years and more than 22 years
Indian Air Force : You should have a bachelor's degree with mathematics and physics as a compulsory subject from a recognized university and age should not be less than 19 years and more than 23 years

NO YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR THE NDA EXAM.
The age limit of the NDA is 16.5 to 19 years(At the time of commencement of the course).
Actually there are three stages of selection for the NDA.
1)NDA a entranc exam.
2)SSB(Service Selection Board) interview.
3)Medical Fitness.
The whole process takes roughly 1 year time to complete.
It is mentioned in the age limit that your age must be between 16.5 to 19 years,but at the time of commencement of the course,that means after completing all the tree stages,the course will start and 1 year is the time to complete the all the selection process.
Now it is necessary that your age must be between 15.5 to 18 years,where you are applying for the exam,because 1 year extra for the selection process.
your age is 18 years and 6 months,hence you are not applicable.
