Sorry friend you can not apply for the NDA exam in 2013 because you have crossed the age limit.

To apply for the NDA exam you should be between 16.5 to 19 years.

But your age exceeded now.

So friend you can not apply for the NDA exam.

but don't worry friend you should complete your graduation with good marks.

and you have another chances after graduation.

You can apply for the CDS exam.

for this your age should be between 19 to 25 years.

No age relaxation is applicable

You must be the citizen of India.

Sorry friend but you are not eligible for NDA & NA Exam 2013 since according to UPSC the candidates who are born after 2nd January 1995 and not later than 1st july 1997 are only eligible.
If you are so eager to join Defence then don't be upset you can apply for CDS Exam after graduation.

CDS Exam is conducted by UPSC twice a year for the recruitment of candidates in the Indian Military Academy (IMA), Naval Academy (NA), Air Force Academy (AFA), Officers Training Academy (OTA).

The eligibility criteria for CDS Exam are as follows:
Nationality:
The candidate must be Indian.

Age Limit: Candidates (Unmarried) of age between
(i) For IMA: 19-24 years.
(ii) For Indian Naval Academy: 19-22 years.
(iii) For Air Force Academy: 19-23 years.
(iv) For OTA: Male candidates (married or unmarried) of age between 19-25 years.
(v) For OTA: Unmarried Women of age between 19-24 years.

Educational Qualification:
(i) For I.M.A. and OTA: Degree of a recognized University or equivalent.
(ii) For Indian Naval Academy: Degree in Engineering.
(iii) For Air Force Academy: Degree of a recognized University (with Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 level) or Bachelor of Engineering.
Final year students can also apply.

As per your Date of Birth your age is considered as 19 years

So you first of all check how many months are you elder

You please have a look once

And the Minimum age is allowed up to 16.5 years

Maximum age is allowed up to 19 years

You must have a minimum 12th class from a Recognized university
