Your college should be AICTE recognised and University should be UGC recognised.Your degree of technical or professional course such as B.tech,M.tech,MCA,MBA,BCA,B.Pharm and few others,will be valid only when the COLLEGE is AICTE recognised.If your university is AICTE recognised then it has nothing to do with your college.But if your degree is not from technical field as B.Sc,B.Com,B.A etc then you will not need AICTE approved college.
